Sgt. Major Little served in the US Army for close to 35 years as Senior Training NCO/Sergeant Major and oversaw the training 250 - 500 soldiers per day who are activated for mobilization or in Army Reserve Units; ensure that soldiers are qualified in their respective military occupation, maintain physical fitness to Army standards, and are combat ready; ensure that soldiers receive due promotions, and annual evaluations are completed in a timely manner; conduct training meetings, prepare training outlines, and oversee field-training exercises; conduct classroom instruction in the areas of professional development, Equal Opportunity, Force Protection, Anti-terrorism, etc., class size consisted of 20-40 soldiers; conduct performance and career counseling, oversee annual reviews, transfers and discharges; maintain theSponsorship Program for newly enlisted soldiers, monitor the retention of individual soldiers, and manage unit troop strength. 

 

Responsibilities as Military Liaison will include communications and management of military the relationships and contracts with the various military branches.
